European CRM Software Revenue Increased by 9,7% in 2005 (CRM Today)
Fuelled by the renewed business focus on revenue and customer growth, total customer relationship management (CRM) software revenues (licence and maintenance) in Europe totalled $1,9bn in 2005, an increase of 9,7% from 2004, according to Gartner.
